The price we market is our number. You add your commission on top of it and present the all-in price to your buyer. You set your fee — it doesn't come out of our pocket or theirs by surprise.

How does the fee actually work?
Our marketed price is what we need to net. You add your commission on top and quote your buyer the combined number. It's spelled out in the assignment paperwork so everyone sees exactly how it's structured.
What protects me from being cut out?
We confirm your representation in writing up front and route everything about your buyer through you. Submit the form below to register your buyer and lock in your commission before you share the address.
Do I have to be the buyer's agent?
No. Some agents bring a buyer, some want our inventory for their buyer pool, and some invest for themselves. Tell us which on the form and the dispo desk will set it up the right way.
